Richard Stark, based in London, is a trusted advisor to global companies on talent strategy and succession planning. He primarily works with public companies, family businesses, and private-equity-backed clients in consumer goods, recruiting CEOs and C-level general managers and marketing and supply-chain executives. Richard leads the Consumer Product segment globally and is also active in the firm’s Supply Chain, Marketing and Executive Assessment and Development practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Richard was VP, Corporate Development, at Allied Domecq plc. Previously, he was a Principal and Leader of the UK Corporate Development Practice at Boston Consulting Group. During his time there, he played a key role in several major postmerger integration projects, including LloydsTSB, Polygram Universal, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Richard earned his MA and MEng in manufacturing engineering from the University of Cambridge and his MBA from Harvard Business School. When not working, Richard loves cooking for friends and family and enjoys cars and tennis.
