Andrew Vivian, based in London, has a particular specialization in the industrial and business services sectors while working across Egon Zehnder’s Executive Search, Assessment and Development, and Board practices. He co-leads the European Industrial Practice for the firm and also leads the Industrial Practice in the UK.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andrew was a US-based Commercial Manager with BP Alternative Energy, where he was tasked with developing a new cellulosic ethanol business. His responsibilities there included managing finance and planning, economics, communications, external affairs, and sustainability. Earlier, Andrew held various business development, project management, and client-facing roles at IBM in the UK and US.
Andrew earned an MBA from the London Business School and a BSc from the University of Bristol. He is also passionate about understanding how technology in general and the adoption of digital and IoT technologies in particular are impacting the industrial sector.
