Morgan & Company, both based in New York. He started his career at Boston Consulting Group. Over the course of his career, Neil has lived and worked in New York, Madrid, London, Paris and Toronto.

Neil earned a BA in Economics from University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He co-founded and served as committee chair for Young Life Lower Westchester, a non-profit focused on youth.
