Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Tom gained extensive consulting experience in the US and globally, specializing in supply chain management strategy and operations. He was vice president and global practice leader for CapGemini, where he served as global supply chain leader after previously directing global consumer products and retail. Earlier, Tom was a partner and practice leader with Ernst & Young Consulting; vice president and practice leader at Gemini Consulting; partner and practice leader with KPMG; and senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he gained broad experience across general manufacturing, high tech, consumer products, and retail. Tom began his career as a production control specialist at General Electric, and also a mechanical engineer with IBM.
Tom earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Cornell University and an MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a member of the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals and is a frequent speaker at supply chain industry forums.
