Electronics Communications Policy

All electronic communications (for example, e-mail, message board posts, instant messages, PIN or SMS text messages and any attachments) with us are subject to this policy, to our Code of Conduct on the Processing of Personal Data and to any written agreement between you and us. Attachments to electronic communications may have additional important disclosures and disclaimers, which you should also read.

We intend for all of our electronic communications to be private and confidential. If you received an electronic communication from us due to an error in transmission, please notify the sender and remove the communication and attachments from your system. For your privacy, you should not send personal information using non-secure methods of electronic communication that could be intercepted.

We reserve the right to intercept, monitor and retain all electronic communications sent to or from our systems, as permitted by applicable law. Any electronic communication that is conducted within or through our systems is subject to being archived, monitored and produced to regulators and in litigation in accordance with local laws and our policies, including our Code of Conduct on the Processing of Personal Data. Electronic communications may be archived in countries other than the country in which you are located.

We do not guarantee electronic communications to be secure, uncorrupted or free of viruses or errors. We take reasonable precautions to avoid viruses, but you and not we are responsible for any loss or damage arising from opening or using electronic communications.

No employee or agent is authorized to enter into any binding agreement on our behalf other than by a manually signed document.
