Les Echoes. As a result, a growing number of companies are focusing less on attracting individual stars, and more on making their executive team more effective.
Jean-Louis Petitbon, a consultant at Egon Zehnder International, Paris, confirms this trend. "Our clients are no longer asking us to just find the best, they are asking us to help them boost the performance of their executive team," notes Petitbon.
