Nominees of the 2009 Rising Talents Program were recently presented at the Women's Forum Global Meeting held on 15-17 October in Deauville, France.

The Rising Talents Program, organized by the Women's Forum and co-partnered by Egon Zehnder International, Eurazeo, ForbesWoman and Solera Capital, aims to support and promote the careers of inspirational young female professionals. These women have all shown an impressive level of commitment and achievement in their respective fields and are widely recognized as outstanding individuals.

The program offers them the unique opportunity to leverage their connections by networking with other female high-performers from completely different backgrounds, explains Evelyne Sevin, head of the Diversity Council at Egon Zehnder International. By promoting links between female business leaders and human rights activists, for example, or between women writers and scientists, this initiative aims to boost diversity right across the board, adds Marie Baudron, a consultant at Egon Zehnder International, Paris.
