Lisa Blais leads Egon Zehnder’s US Board & CEO Practice and serves on the firm’s global Board of Directors. She also recently served as Managing Partner of the firm’s Boston Office, led the North American Industrial Practice and co-founded the US Diversity Council. She advises boards and CEOs on their most critical leadership challenges, including board & CEO succession, recruitment, assessment and development. Lisa also co-founded the firm’s Corporate Governance Exchange.

I take pleasure in helping organizations, boards, and executives achieve their greatest potential while improving lives and businesses along the way.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lisa spent over twenty years with global industrial manufacturing companies, including roles in engineering, sales & marketing and general management. Most recently, Lisa was President of the Flow Control Division within ITT, a global pump business. Prior to that, she served as President of the global Commercial Electronics Division that produced switch and connector products. Lisa previously ran a significant portion of this business, C&K Switch Products, as General Manager. Prior to her general management roles, Lisa held several sales & marketing leadership positions and began her career on the factory floor as a manufacturing engineer.

Lisa earned a BS in mechanical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Lisa currently serves on the board of the New England Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
