Lena Triantogiannis co-leads Egon Zehnder’s partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership as well as its global Accelerated Integration practice. She advises clients on board assembly and effectiveness, CEO succession and transitions, and assessment and development of leaders and organizations. Combining business expertise, adult development expertise, and coaching skills, Lena supports senior leaders to reach their highest potential. She is passionate about individual and collective transformation. She is acknowledged as one of the top global experts in assisting newly appointed senior leaders to accelerate their integration and works with CEOs behind their transition.

My passion lies in supporting leaders at critical transition points. I am inspired by their courage to embody the best version of themselves. I journey with them on their own path, and the one taken with their organizations.

Lena works with public, private equity-backed, and family-owned businesses in the consumer, financial services, and industrial sectors and is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Board Consulting, and Executive Assessment and Development practices. She previously co-led the firm’s Global Innovation Practice. She has had a leading role in the development of the firm’s proprietary approach to accelerated integration and to senior leadership development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lena was Regional Marketing Manager for the Coca-Cola Company. She developed her career in finance and marketing at Procter & Gamble.

Lena has a BSc in business administration from the American College of Greece and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. She is a Trustee at The American College of Greece. She blogs on leadership, transitions and accelerated integration at www.lenatriantogiannis.com
