CincoDias – Outstanding Executives Show Empathy

A ranking of Spain’s top 100 executives aged between 30 and 40 clearly shows a shift in leadership profiles, reports Cincodias. The ranking, recently published by the think-tank Instituto Choiseul España, highlights the rising importance of qualities related to emotional intelligence. Egon Zehnder consultant Luis Baon confirms this trend: "We see many excellent profiles daily. But those who make a difference are those who have the ability to empathise with others."
