Chloe Wright Egon Zehnder, London
Chloe Wright is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Digital and Business Services practices, as well as across the Human Resources function. Her specialties include executive and non-executive searches, executive assessment and development, coaching, and work well-being services. Chloe is passionately interested in workplace and executive-leadership well-being, identifying and developing peoples’ potential, especially that of multi-career professionals and those in career transition, and preparing women to assume leadership roles, particularly in Asia Pacific. She is based in London.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Chloe founded her own consultancy to help social enterprises and leaders of wellness startups in London and Sri Lanka develop their business models, themselves, and their teams to drive growth. Prior to that, she spent several years at IBM as a European Account Executive and Strategic Outsourcing Sales Leader, first in the United Kingdom for Europe and then based in Singapore for Asia Pacific. Chloe’s roles in Singapore included designing and leading regional cultural transformation programs to empower and develop business leaders, as well as leading sales management, business development, account and talent management, and strategic change programs at the account and country levels.
Chloe has a special interest in improving access to education, and among the volunteer positions she has held are those of STEM Ambassador for the UN Women's Council in Singapore and Director of the Insight into Management course at Bristol University.
Chloe has a BSc in psychology from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in international business at the University of Nottingham Business School
