Previously, he was a Vice President with Watch Hill Partners, a merchant banking firm, where he focused on M&A advisory, private capital raising, and equity co-investments for corporate and private equity clients. Earlier, Claude served as Director of Acquisitions, based in Los Angeles, for Helkon Media, where he was responsible for originating and executing financing, production, and distribution opportunities for major motion pictures.

Claude earned a BS from Georgetown and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
