Martin Juhn Egon Zehnder, New York
Martin Juhn is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Industrial and Digital Practices and provides a full range of executive leadership services. Leveraging over twenty years of experience working across a broad range of functions and geographies, Martin provides incisive strategic advice on executive search, leadership development, management appraisals and is a member of Egon Zehnder’s US Diversity Council. Martin is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Martin served in a range of executive leadership positions for Ecolab, a U.S.-based provider of water, hygiene and energy programs and services, where his roles spanned general management, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and integration/transformation. Martin also has extensive international experience. As part of the Henkel-Ecolab joint venture, he lived and worked in Dusseldorf, Germany. He has served in leadership roles in Latin America and, after Ecolab’s purchase of Nalco, Martin led the international integration while based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Martin has an MBA from the Booth School at the University of Chicago and a BA in History from Swarthmore College.
