Rudolf Jordaan, based in Amsterdam and Brussels, advises some of the world's leading corporations on board succession, board performance, and top executive roles. Rudolf's client work focuses primarily on board assignments across industries, with some concentration in financial services and private equity, as well as the industrial and consumer sectors. Earlier in his career, Rudolf was based in Egon Zehnder’s Singapore office, where he led the development of the Jakarta office while serving clients in the Indonesian market and across the Asia-Pacific region. Rudolf later moved to London, where he led the formation of the firm's global Private Capital Practice. He was then asked to lead Egon Zehnder’s Amsterdam office, a role he filled until 2008.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Rudolf was an Investment Banker working on Capital Raising and M&A assignments for JP Morgan in London and New York.
He actively advises and supports non-profit organizations and serves on the Board of Governors of the Friends of the Mauritshuis Museum.
Rudolf earned a BA in Law from Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
