Sandy Zhang, based in Shanghai, is a core member in Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice. She has deep expertise in board search and consultancy, leadership development, cross-border executive search, and leadership enhancement in the area of R&D and innovation.
I am passionate about helping Chinese companies to go global, at the same time about supporting multinational players to thrive in China.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sandy was Project Manager for Bayer and Director of Business Development and Strategy and Director of Marketing for Philips Healthcare in China. Previously, she served as a Business Consultant at Bain & Company, where she advised clients on China entry strategy, post-merger integration, and organizational design.
Sandy has a BS in biology from Zhongshan University in China and an MS in molecular biology and an MBA from Cornell University in the U.S

加入亿康先达之前，张晓馨曾任德国拜耳公司战略咨询部项目经理和飞利浦医疗保健事业部中国区业务拓展与战略总监、战略市场总监。在此之前，她曾服务于贝恩咨询，为多家财富五百强企业提供中国战略规划、收购兼并、组织构建等各类企业战略咨询。
张晓馨是中山大学生物学学士、美国康奈尔大学分子生物学硕士与MBA。
