育成計画の策定支援

エゴンゼンダーは、育成計画がすべてのエグゼクティブに役立つと考えています。これは自己改善、仕事での昇進、もしくはその双方のいずれに関しても、長期的な目標を達成するためには、現在の状況と到達点の間の差異を理解する必要があるからです。
