Wan May Ang advises leaders of business-to-consumer and digital multinational, midsized, and family-owned companies in the consumer products, e-commerce, retail, food & beverage, and hospitality industries. Besides CEO and board appointments, she helps leaders in personal and team development. Wan May leads the Consumer Practice in Asia and is an active member of the Private Equity practice.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Wan May was a Marketing Consultant for Diverso Management, a Shanghai-based private equity group. Previously, she served as the Business Development Director for Reckitt Benckiser in China. Wan May began her career as a financial journalist for The Business Times in Singapore and was a Singapore Press Holdings Scholar.
Wan May has an MBA from INSEAD in France and a BA in philosophy, politics & economics from Oxford University. She is certified in The Leadership Circle, 16PF and Hogan development tools. Outside of work, she is trying to meditate, loves yoga, sailing, nature and contributes towards animal conservation.
