Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elizabeth held senior management roles at Wayfair, where she focused on scaling an emerging category and was later responsible for attracting and hiring the next generation of executives; Entertainment Cruises, where she focused on new product creation, strategic acquisitions, and sales and marketing; and Deloitte, where she was a human capital consultant.
She holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Colgate University. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys tennis, traveling, listening to podcasts, and reading.
