Elizabeth Noyes draws on her human capital and organizational transformation experience as an active member of our Services and Human Resources Practice. She is passionate about aligning people, technology, and digital innovation to successfully transform organizations for the future.

Leaders are under pressure to ensure their companies are high-performing, to drive a values-based culture, and to be nimble enough to incorporate new technologies quickly. It’s a privilege to partner with clients to navigate these challenges.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elizabeth held senior management roles at Wayfair, where she focused on scaling an emerging category and was later responsible for attracting and hiring the next generation of executives; Entertainment Cruises, where she focused on new product creation, strategic acquisitions, and sales and marketing; and Deloitte, where she was a human capital consultant.

She holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Colgate University. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys tennis, traveling, listening to podcasts, and reading.
