Selena Loh LaCroix is the global leader of Egon Zehnder’s Technology and Communications Practice. Based in Dallas, she advises on board-level consulting and executive-talent management in the technology sector, with particular expertise in the semiconductor, smart devices, and cybersecurity segments. Selena also works with Fortune 500 and private equity-owned portfolio companies to recruit senior legal, compliance, and regulatory leaders.
My passion lies in working at the convergence of law and technology. I bring insights to companies grappling with talent issues during business transformations and I help identify leaders who can drive impact in this information age.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Selena served as senior counsel to Texas Instruments. At Honeywell International, she was Vice President, Asia Pacific General Counsel, based in Shanghai. She has experience in cross-border joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing and monetization, global corporate governance and compliance, and litigation management. Selena began her career as an attorney in private practice in Silicon Valley and Singapore, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and admiralty law.
Selena completed the Graduate Program in American Law at the University of California at Berkeley & Davis. She also received an LLB from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to practice law in Singapore, California, and the U.K. She also sits on the boards of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the National Association of Corporate Directors of Tri Cities Texas, and Integrated Device Technology. Outside of work, she has a wide range of interests including global cultures, health, literature, fashion, and music.
