Executive Development

The world needs great leaders, now more often than ever before.

As the world grows more complex, today’s leaders need to be better equipped and adaptable to the rising issues that manifest in their organizations every day to successfully drive their business’s transformation agenda. We believe the best way to ready executives for what’s next is to embrace the need to grow and develop as a leader from the inside out. Leadership today requires one’s whole self – the emotional and human aspects as much as the strategic and problem-solving ones. But gaining this full understanding in the rigor of day to day demands is hard work.

You have the potential to be a great leader. But what do you need to unlock that potential?

We have formalized an exclusive strategic partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership, combining our firms’ expertise as pre-eminent leadership advisors and leadership development experts around our shared belief that great leaders can steer their organizations to extraordinary outcomes. Enabling executives to truly transform into world-changing leaders is our purpose and goal.

Three different journeys to world-changing leadership, designed for distinct milestones in your career

Based on highly experiential learning techniques and focused on personal growth and the evolution of personal identity, Mobius and Egon Zehnder co-created three programs for transformative growth. These programs share common frameworks but are unique to your current echelon on your development journey.

The programs share a common framework, a highly experiential Intensive built around the New York Times best-selling leadership book, WINNING FROM WITHIN: A BREAKTHROUGH METHOD FOR LEADING, LIVING AND LASTING CHANGE®, authored by Mobius’s Chief Thought Leader, Erica Ariel Fox, which synthesizes her 20 years of research conducted at Harvard Law School and her leadership advisory to senior executives worldwide. Considered a seminal work in leadership and executive development, the WINNING FROM WITHIN® approach targets the blind spots found in even the most senior of leaders. Guided by expert faculty, the Intensive explores the root causes of each leader’s most critical “Performance Gap,” the disconnect between one’s optimized skills and behaviors and one’s actual behavior in a given situation or challenging moment. Leaders learn who they are when they are operating at their best, versus their “everyday” self, and how to close that gap.

The WINNING FROM WITHIN® approach correlates with Egon Zehnder’s proprietary Potential model, a proven assessment tool that gauges and quantifies the long-term leadership trajectory probability for leaders to succeed in future roles.

Both WINNING FROM WITHIN® and the Potential Model are used to assess where the leader is today, who they can become and also to help them discover how they can become their best.
