Leadership Programs

Now more than ever, the world needs great leaders. But for leaders to best transform their organizations, they must first embrace their own transformation and continually work on self-improvement.

In response, Egon Zehnder and Mobius Executive Leadership have co-created leadership programs designed to equip and accelerate the professional development of senior leaders, so that they might better effect positive change across the organizations they lead.

Our leadership development programs are suited to the point in the executive’s or team’s career – the Executive Breakthrough Program for CEOs and CEO successors and the Executive Discovery Program for C-suite leaders and high potentials. Both programs are bespoke, highly experiential and by-invitation-only immersive leadership development journeys. The Voyager Leadership Development Program is an in-house executive development program for individuals, teams and functional groups, adapted to the business agenda of each client organization.

Our programs help the most senior of leaders make a step-change by becoming more courageous, more self-aware and more able to bring their best to all they do – every day.

The capacity to realize one’s potential requires a deep understanding of where one is today and the ability to reflect on the qualities that have accelerated one’s growth to date. This knowledge, combined with a willingness to continue to grow and explore individual traits, beliefs and assumptions, will help the participant tackle the fundamental drivers of success – mindset and behaviors. 

The programs systematically identify limiting attitudes and behaviors and leverage rare or unique qualities to unleash the full potential of those in top leadership roles. By supporting a greater sense of purpose, the programs also help these leaders nurture the growth of their teams and, ultimately, the ability of an organization to transform. All three programs have two frameworks as their foundation: Mobius’s President and Chief Thought Leader Erica Ariel Fox’s New York Times best-selling leadership book, WINNING FROM WITHIN: A BREAKTHROUGH METHOD FOR LEADING, LIVING AND LASTING CHANGE®, which synthesizes Fox’s 20 years of research at Harvard Law School and service as a leadership advisor to senior executives worldwide; and Egon Zehnder’s proprietary Potential Model, a proven model  that identifies key drivers of potential and helps leverage them to unleash new levels of performance in current and future roles.

Both Executive Breakthrough and Executive Discovery provide continual support from an Egon Zehnder Leadership Advisory Consultant who serves as mentor, coach and sounding board, working with the leader to ensure what they learn is built into day-to-day behavior. With Voyager, post-program coaching and support may be considered, depending on the client’s needs.
