Executive Assessment

We conduct more detailed assessments of senior executives around the world each year than anyone else in the marketplace.  Over the past three years alone, we have assessed over 10,000 individuals. 

To do so, we use our proprietary Potential Model, which moves beyond experience to evaluate whether an executive has the true potential to succeed in larger, more complex roles. We layer in behavioral and competency assessments, psychometric analysis, and 360-degree referencing to ensure that you truly understand your executives’ strengths — and where they need the most help. 

All of our assessments are carried out by a team of people who we have hired directly from senior executive or advisor roles — people who understand the specific challenges of your sector — along with top experts in leadership development. Our partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership allows us to combine forces to create the best possible assessment and development process. 

Once we have formed a clear picture of an executive’s capabilities, we can partner with you on arguably the most important stage: the development of the executive.
