Natalie Dewhirst leads Egon Zehnder’s UK Sustainability practice, and advises organisations on a range of leadership, development and culture topics – at both the Executive and Board level. She is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology, Media & Communications practice, as well as in the Public & Social Sector.

I want to help leaders discover and live their purpose, so they can change the world for the better. I love really getting to understand what shapes and drives the people I work with and helping them to unlock their potential.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Natalie spent 10 years working in Strategy Consulting, most recently for the Boston Consulting Group. In her role as Project Leader, she supported public and private sector clients on a range of topics including strategy, digital transformation and sustainability issues including DEI (Diversity Equity and Inclusion), food waste reduction and post-crisis recovery. During her career, Natalie has had the opportunity to work in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

Natalie has an MSt in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Physics from the University of Bristol. Outside of work she sings in a women’s choir and enjoys listening to podcasts and spending time with her husband and young son.
