Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anne-Claire held several roles at Novar Plc., a diversified multinational industrial group headquartered in the U.K. She was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Indalex Inc based in Chicago; earlier she led M&A and Financial Planning and Analysis at Novar Group based in London. She also spent four years as a management consultant with Roland Berger and Partners.
Anne-Claire received her MS in International Business from IMIP in Paris and her MS (MBA) from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
