Petter Eilertsen advises clients in numerous industries on leadership assessment and development, board review and recruitment, and CEO succession. Based in Oslo, he has deep expertise in family business and private equity, fast-moving consumer goods and retail, process industries, and the technology sector. Petter is active in Egon Zehnder’s Executive Assessment and Development and CEO practices and is also a member of the firm’s Family Business Advisory.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Petter was a Partner and Managing Director with the Boston Consulting Group, based in Stockholm and Oslo.

Petter has a Siviløkonom degree in business and economics from the Norwegian School of Management. He enjoys working out in different ways, motorboating, food, and spending time with his family.
