Alban Hetier, based in Paris, is active in Egon Zehnder’s global Health and Life Sciences Practice. He provides a wide range of services throughout Europe, including management appraisals and general organizational advice.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Alban was a Paris- and Brussels-based Associate Principal in the pharmaceuticals and medical products practice of McKinsey & Company, where he was involved in brand strategy, medical, regulatory, organizational, marketing, and sales projects. Prior to that, he gained experience as a Brand Manager at Pfizer and at Takeda in the role of Therapeutic Area Leader.

Alban earned an MSc from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon. In his free time he enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Basé dans nos bureaux de Paris depuis 2013, Alban se concentre sur le secteur de la santé et des sciences de la vie (pharma, med tech, services à la santé), intervenant sur des recherches de cadres dirigeants, ainsi que des missions d’évaluation et de développement.

Avant de rejoindre Egon Zehnder, Alban a passé neuf ans chez McKinsey à Paris puis à Bruxelles, jusqu’au rôle de partner junior, travaillant principalement pour des clients dans le domaine de la santé. Avant cela, il a occupé différents postes de direction commerciale, respectivement chez Pfizer, Novartis et Takeda.

Alban est diplômé de l’Agro (Institut National Agronomique Paris Grignon.
