Sara serves as a trusted thought-partner and advisor to her clients, particularly at times of transition for executives, boards and organizations. As the Office Leader for Egon Zehnder in Seattle, Sara is highly engaged in the Pacific Northwest business community while continuing to partner with clients across North American and globally. With a focus on the consumer and retail sector as well as on supporting family businesses across industries, Sara leverages her deep consulting and management experience and brings energy and curiosity to each partnership.

Sara’s diverse career experience—including corporate venture, start-up leadership, retail operations and strategy consulting—allows her to connect dots across sectors and company stages. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sara held leadership roles at Tomo (fintech start-up) and Nordstrom. She also served as an advisor to JM Family Enterprises. Sara began her career at the Boston Consulting Group, working with clients in consumer, retail and financial services.
Sara is a proud University of Michigan alum and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Originally from New York, Sara gradually moved west to Seattle, where outside of work she spends her time with her husband and three children.
