Based in Berlin, Christoph Wahl is a trusted advisor to organizations which are providing value-add services to other business as well as end consumers. He guides international clients globally on senior topics ranging from CEO and C-level succession to consulting Board of Directors on their effectiveness. Christoph also brings a functional in-depth knowledge of core airline and transport planning as well as supply chain management practices. Last, but not least, Christoph advises clients on broader transformation matters that target cultural change as well as senior leadership and team development.

In his professional time Christoph pursues his passion for inclusiveness and the creation of open societies as well as corporations as to help them capitalize the full strength that comes from open cultures that ask for diverse thinking and acknowledge the power of difference. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Christoph was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company, based in Berlin and Zurich, where he worked with global transport, travel, logistics, and aviation industry clients. He began his career as a project manager, assistant professor, and scientific researcher at the Institute for Operations Research in St. Gall, in Switzerland.
�Christoph earned an MA in business administration at the University of Augsburg and a PhD in Management Science and Operations Research from the University of St. Gall, in Switzerland. Christoph is happily married to a professional interpreter in languages Portuguese and Spanish. The couple lives in Berlin with three daughters and one son.

Zuvor war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und langjähriger Dozent am Institut für Unternehmensforschung der Universität St. Gallen in der Schweiz tätig.
Christoph Wahl erwarb einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann an der Universität Augsburg und promovierte in der Folge mit summa cum laude an der Universität St. Gallen.
