Based in Berlin, Christoph Wahl is a trusted advisor to organizations delivering value-added services to both businesses and end consumers. He leads Egon Zehnder’s global Aviation & Mobility segment and is strongly active across the Transport & Logistics, Hospitality, Travel & Leisure, and Professional Services practices. Christoph brings in-depth knowledge of core airline and transport planning, as well as supply chain management practices. His work spans CEO and C-level succession, advising boards on effectiveness, and driving broader transformation initiatives focused on cultural change, senior leadership, and team development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, he was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company in Berlin and Zurich, where he worked with global transport, travel, logistics, and aviation industry clients. Christoph began his career as a project manager, assistant professor, and scientific researcher at the Institute for Operations Research in St. Gall, in Switzerland.
Christoph earned an MA in business administration from the University of Augsburg and a PhD in Management Science and Operations Research from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. He is happily married to a professional interpreter of Portuguese and Spanish, and they live in Berlin with their three daughters and one son.

Zuvor war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und langjähriger Dozent am Institut für Unternehmensforschung der Universität St. Gallen in der Schweiz tätig.
Christoph Wahl erwarb einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann an der Universität Augsburg und promovierte in der Folge mit summa cum laude an der Universität St. Gallen.
