Based in Berlin, Mark Krymalowski heads Egon Zehnder’s Berlin office and co-leads the Technology and AI practice group in DACH. His in-depth knowledge of digital transformation enables him to drive innovation and recruitment for start-ups, as well as established digital, media, high-tech and consumer companies.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mark Krymalowski served as Assistant Director and China Practice Leader at Zurich-based Altium Capital AG (now part of Houlihan Lokey). Early in his career, he worked as a political analyst in Brussels and then advised European companies exploring the Chinese market.
Mark holds a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, Germany, and participated in the International Exchange Program at London Business School. He is passionate about family, jazz music, coffee, and all types of cuisine.
Mark Krymalowski ist Leiter des Berliner Büros von Egon Zehnder und Co-Leader der Technology & AI Praxisgruppe in der DACH-Region. Er konzentriert sich auf die Suche von Führungspersönlichkeiten für die Bewältigung der digitalen Herausforderungen seiner Klienten. Er berät Start-ups sowie etablierte Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Digital, Medien, Hightech und Konsumgüter.
Vor seinem Wechsel zu Egon Zehnder war Mark Krymalowski Assistant Director und China Practice Leader der Altium Capital AG mit Sitz in Zürich (heute Teil von Houlihan Lokey). Zuvor war er als politischer Analyst für Stern, Malkinson & Partners in Brüssel tätig und beriet anschließend europäische Unternehmen beim Markteintritt in China.
Mark Krymalowski erwarb einen Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann an der Universität Köln und nahm am International Exchange Program der London Business School teil.
