Based in Berlin, Mark Krymalowski heads Egon Zehnder’s Berlin office and co-leads the Tech & AI practice in the DACH region. His expertise in leadership topics and in digital transformation helps him to guide innovation and recruitment for start-ups and established companies. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Mark was Assistant Director and China Practice Leader with Altium Capital AG (today Houlihan Lokey), based in Zurich.

Previously, he was Co-Founder and COO of Asia Gateway, based in London, and advised European companies doing business in China. Earlier, Mark was a Political Analyst with Stern, Malkinson & Partners, based in Brussels. Mark has a Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration from the University of Cologne, in Germany, and he participated in the International Exchange Program at the London Business School.
