Based in Berlin, Mark Krymalowski heads Egon Zehnder’s Berlin office and co-leads the Technology and AI practice group in DACH. His in-depth knowledge of digital transformation enables him to drive innovation and recruitment for start-ups, as well as established digital, media, high-tech and consumer companies.

Previously, he was Co-Founder and COO of Asia Gateway, based in London, and advised European companies doing business in China. Earlier, Mark was a Political Analyst with Stern, Malkinson & Partners, based in Brussels. Mark has a Diplom-Kaufmann in business administration from the University of Cologne, in Germany, and he participated in the International Exchange Program at the London Business School.

Er war Mitbegründer und COO von Asia Gateway in London, wo er europäische Unternehmen im Hinblick auf den chinesischen Markt beriet. Zuvor war er als politischer Analyst für Stern, Malkinson & Partners in Brüssel tätig.
