Joe Taylor, based in Houston, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Energy and Industrial Practice Groups. He brings over a decade of experience partnering with clients across the energy value chain on critical board, C-suite and broader commercial and operational executive leadership roles.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Joe was a Managing Director at Heidrick & Struggles and a Senior Consultant at Preng & Associates, a boutique retained search firm. Previously, he worked in KPMG’s Strategy Practice, advising energy clients on strategy, M&A, and transformation.
Joe holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fitness, and coaching his daughters’ teams.
