Alison Beckett, based in London, plays a leading role in Egon Zehnder’s HR Practice group in London and globally and is also active in the firm’s Industrial Practice. She is passionate about working with executives at critical times in their careers when they face pivotal decisions and changes. Alison has an especially keen interest in talent development and succession planning, having honed her expertise in these areas while working across various industries worldwide. She is an active coach, working with individuals across industries and helping executives achieve their aspirations by adding value to businesses. Alison also belongs to the firm’s Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Executive Assessment and Development practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alison held various financial management, commercial, and strategy roles in upstream oil and gas for Conoco while based in London and Aberdeen. Before that, she worked as a Strategy Consultant for Arthur D. Little. Alison began her career in supply as a buyer for Ford of Europe.
Alison earned an MA from Cambridge University and an MBA from the London Business School. Outside of work, she is passionate about education and serves as a Governor and is Chair of the Education Committee of Sevenoaks School in Kent, U.K. She also feels strongly about living sustainably to conserve the natural environment and pass on a golden legacy to future generations.
