Alejandro brings a practical mindset, deep industry knowledge, and two decades worth of experience in emerging markets on relevant topics such as Governance, ESG and Culture to all his engagements.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Alejandro worked at Alpek (Grupo Alfa), a worldwide leader in Petrochemicals, where he held various roles including Investor Relations Officer, Director of ESG, Director of Corporate Finance, and Director of Logistics & Procurement. Prior to that he was a Project Leader with The Boston Consulting Group.
Alejandro earned a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside work, Alejandro enjoys golf, running, reading, and traveling the world with his wife and two children.
