Caroline Lombardi leads Egon Zehnder’s Global Hospitality & Leisure Practice and is a Partner in the firm’s Board and Consumer Practices. Based in Miami, she advises boards, CEOs, and investors on leadership, succession, and executive talent, with particular focus on CEO succession, board effectiveness, and customer-facing leadership roles across commercial, marketing, operations, and experience functions. Caroline works extensively with global public companies as well as founder-led, privately held, and high-growth businesses. Her clients span hospitality, travel, leisure, consumer, entertainment, and experiential businesses where customer engagement, brand strength, and operational excellence are critical drivers of value creation.

Prior to Egon Zehnder, Caroline held leadership positions at Carnival Cruise Line across guest experience, innovation, and operations. Earlier, she worked in marketing, licensing, and product development at Toys “R” Us. She also helped build a licensing venture that partnered with leading retailers including Target and Disney Store, and held earlier roles with MGM Studios and Arthur Andersen.
She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
