Shyam Seshadri, based in Dubai, is a consultant in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & AI Practice Group. He advises boards and executive teams on CEO and board searches, successions, and leadership assessments. With more than 18 years of experience across technology product management and strategy consulting, Shyam brings deep domain expertise as both a hands-on operator as well as a strategic advisor, combining analytical rigor with a thoughtful, trust-based partnership approach.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Shyam was a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on technology commercialization, digital business strategy, and tech-enabled growth over the course of a decade at the firm. Earlier in his career, he was a Product Manager at Microsoft, contributing to the development of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Azure. He has also advised tech start-ups on various topics, including monetization & growth strategies, fundraising, and team building.
Shyam holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the London Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, long-distance running, and following Liverpool FC.
