Stefano Scarpa, based in Milan, has deep expertise in CEO and CFO searches for industrial clients. He also guides executive search for finance, human resources, sales, and purchasing roles. Stefano provides leadership development services including management appraisal, executive coaching, and board review. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Financial Officers practices.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Stefano worked for General Electric, first as part of its Group Corporate Audit Staff and later as CFO of General Electric Plastics Italy. He began his career as a Strategy Planner at the Eni Group.
Stefano has a BA in economics from the University of Trento and a MBA from SDA Bocconi University in Milan. He enjoys playing golf and traveling with his three children.
