Judson Hawk, based in Atlanta, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Industrial and Services Practice Groups. He focuses on CEO, CFO, and commercial leadership appointments as well as board and executive succession, supporting clients across industrials, manufacturing, industrial services, and energy. Judson brings a partnership-driven approach, grounded in honesty, transparency, and hard work, to build trusted relationships with his clients and shape new solutions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Judson spent four years in executive search, including serving as a Principal at H&C Search and as Associate and Senior Associate at True Search. Earlier in his career, he worked as a mechanical engineer at Southern Company and at a mid-sized architecture and engineering firm serving industrial clients. He began his career in engineering.
Judson holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and holds a Mechanical E.I.T. Certification. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, cooking, traveling, and discovering new restaurants.
