Founded in 1991, just after the fall of the Wall, the Berlin office is Egon Zehnder's fifth in Germany. With 17 consultants and a total staff of 60, it has become the largest in the country, growing along with Berlin as it became the capital of a reunited Germany. We serve all industries and functions, with a particular specialization in start-ups and political institutions.
