Based in Boston, Jen is a Consultant with Egon Zehnder’s Leadership Advisory Services. She brings more than 25 years of experience developing and coaching senior leaders and leadership teams across industry sectors. Jen combines deep business expertise with “compassionate challenge” to help leaders deliver on their highest priority organizational objectives. She views her work with leaders as a true partnership, working beside them as a confidential thought partner. She is deeply committed to their success as both people and leaders.
What energizes me most is seeing a leader – or a team – get out of their own way: to look forward instead of back; to believe in themselves and each other; to see things from a new vantage point; and to have the courage and confidence to change. That’s when magic happens.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Jen was a Partner and Director at the Boston Consulting Group, where she led BCG’s Global Leadership and Executive Coaching practice. In this role, she and her team worked with senior leaders at over 100 organizations to accelerate performance, often in the context of disruption and transformation. She also served as BCG’s L&D Director, and was a Principal in their Strategy Practice, focused on M&D and Largescale Change.
Jen earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her BA in Economics and Psychology from Williams College. She holds certifications in Mastered Business Coaching and Unlimited Team Coaching from Meyler Campbell; Systemic Team Coaching; and Hogan, MBTI, and DiSC assessments.
