Eva Stensgaard Breddam, based in Copenhagen, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Health and Industrial Practice Groups. Drawing on her experience in pharma and biotechnology, she recruits, assesses, and works with senior executives and management teams across health and industrials industries. Eva brings deep expertise in product pipeline strategy, dealmaking, and the strategic communication of value propositions. Known for her inclusive and collaborative approach, Eva builds strong relationships grounded in trust, authenticity, and a genuine interest in others.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Eva served as Vice President and Commercial & Business Development Director at UNION therapeutics. She previously worked at Glycom (now part of DSM) as a commercial manager, driving business development, transaction processes, and strategy. Eva began her career at Bain & Company as an associate consultant.
Eva holds an MSc in Engineering (Advanced and Applied Chemistry) and a BSc in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). She also completed training in market access at the University of Copenhagen. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends, singing, and trying new sports activities such as skiing and surfing.
