Dr. Fiona Cai, based in Hong Kong and Shanghai, co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Private Capital Practices in Greater China and the firm’s Legal Practice in Asia. She advises leading financial institutions, private capital investors, multinational corporations, and founder-led businesses across Greater China and Asia on leadership, succession, and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Fiona led global strategic investments at Lexin (NASDAQ: LX) and spent more than a decade in finance, commercial, strategy, and investment leadership roles at GE and GE Capital. She began her career through GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and developed extensive experience driving growth, transformation, and business performance across diverse markets and industries. Her firsthand experience building and scaling businesses enables her to bring a pragmatic, commercially grounded perspective to complex leadership and organizational challenges.
Fiona holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), jointly awarded by the University of Hong Kong and Peking University, an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST, a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Nanjing University. Outside work, Fiona has a strong connection with nature and enjoys playing outdoor sports, traveling, painting, and meditating.

加入亿康先达之前，她曾担任乐信集团（NASDAQ: LX）全球战略投资负责人，并在美国通用电气总部及GE金融（GE Capital）亚太区工作逾十三年，历任财务、商业运营、战略规划及投资管理等领导岗位。她职业生涯起步于GE著名的财务管理培训生项目，并在多个市场和行业积累了推动业务增长、组织变革和经营绩效提升的丰富经验。得益于亲身参与企业建设与规模化发展的经历，她能够从商业实践出发，为复杂的领导力与组织挑战提供务实且富有洞察力的建议。
蔡晓璐拥有香港大学与北京大学联合授予的工商管理博士学位（DBA），美国西北大学凯洛格商学院—香港科技大学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位（EMBA），伦敦政治经济学院会计与金融学硕士学位，以及南京大学工商管理学士学位。 工作之余，她热爱自然，享受户外运动、旅行、绘画与冥想。她相信持续学习、自我觉察与内在成长是卓越领导力的重要基础。
