Based in Jakarta, Christopher Kasidi is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial, Technology & Communications, and Consumer practices. He leverages his deep corporate management experience and expertise on strategy, business development, and sales & marketing to help clients find and leverage the right leaders and management solutions.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Chris worked for the GoTo group. He joined as its VP of Enterprise Key Accounts at Gojek, before finally moving to GoTo Financial as its Head of Offline Merchants, in charge of developing the company’s Payment & POS products/services and business for the retail segments. Before that, Chris was with Total Oil Asia Pacific as its Director of Communication, Sponsorship and Digital in charge of brand development and digital transformation across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Earlier, he worked for PT Total Oil Indonesia in Jakarta - joined as the General Manager for Total’s Retail Fuel Business and then was promoted to VP of Retail and Marketing. Chris launched his career with Keppel Offshore and Marine with placements in Singapore and Houston, initially as senior project engineer working on mobile offshore platforms before being promoted to assistant corporate development manager.
Chris earned a B.Eng. (with honors) from the National University of Singapore and an MBA (dean’s list) from Singapore Management University. He also completed an executive education course in digital business strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Outside work, Chris is passionate about sharing life and mentoring young leaders. To unwind, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and son, reading books, or simply having fun.
