Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andrew was a U.S.-based Commercial Manager with BP Alternative Energy, tasked with developing a new cellulosic ethanol business. His responsibilities there included managing finance and planning, communications, external affairs and sustainability. Earlier, Andrew held various business development, project management and client-facing roles at IBM in the U.K. and U.S.
Andrew earned an MBA from the London Business School and a BSc from the University of Bristol.
