Dominique focuses on executive succession and board level mandates. She is one of Egon Zehnder’s most experienced consultants on the topic of CEO succession and has built a truly global footprint. In the course of her 25 years in the Firm, she has enjoyed a wide range of roles, spanning the launch and growth of the media and digital practice, the redesign of the iconic New Consultant Training and the oversight of a major strategic expansion into Leadership Advisory Services. She was selected by the partnership to join the partner election committee, where she stayed for 7 years, and more recently selected by the Firm’s supervisory board to co-lead the Egon Zehnder CEO succession process.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dominique built her career in consulting, first with Bain & Co. in Paris and subsequently with McKinsey & Co. in New York, Boston and London. She subsequently joined a growth capital fund, Global Retail Partners, where she invested in e-commerce and online media businesses.
Dominique earned an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School, an MA in entrepreneurship from HEC, and an MSc in aeronautical engineering from the French National School of Aeronautics and Space.
