Kate Prince, based in London, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice. Kate partners with clients on C-suite succession, leadership and board advisory, and the recruitment of board members and senior-level executives.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kate worked at Boston Consulting Group in London, supporting global Consumer and Retail clients through strategic growth and transformation. Prior to BCG, she held roles at Target, shaping in-store experience strategies, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Eat Your Coffee, a snack-food start-up, leading brand strategy and marketing ahead of its acquisition. She began her career in Finance at General Mills where she worked across multiple Divisions including trade & marketing promotions and international supply chain operations.
Kate holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and International Business from Iowa State University. Beyond work, Kate enjoys getting outdoors (hiking, biking, and running), and spending time with her husband, Michael, and three young children. She is also a Trustee of Family Action, one of the UK’s largest charities and the Founder & President of Charlie’s Choice, a foundation established in her son’s memory, supporting non-profits focused on first-order needs.
