Ken Fujimoto, based in London, advises global clients on leadership development, team effectiveness, and board and executive search. He works with businesses and leaders across consumer-facing sectors including travel & hospitality, consumer goods, services, and technology.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ken was the Chief of Staff at Verisure, a private equity-owned consumer services company. Previously, Ken was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, working extensively with clients across travel & hospitality and broader consumer sectors globally as well as private equity. He began his career as a customer services engineer at Airbus.
Ken has a MEng in aerospace engineering from the University of Bath. He is a proud Japanese and enjoys travelling to learn about different cultures.
