Moy Hy leads Egon Zehnder’s UK Private Capital Practice. Based in London, she has worked with a broad range of clients from mid-large cap private capital, venture, growth, secondary funds and sovereign wealth funds. Moy specialises in building investment teams with a particular focus advising funds on new strategies and geographic expansion. In addition to recruitment, Moy advises clients on leadership advisory matters including individual assessment, development and team/culture diagnostics.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Moy specialised in wealth and asset management at a boutique executive search firm. She started her career in business information research.
Moy holds a degree in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London. She is fluent in English and Cantonese and enjoys travel, food, and reading.
