Toby Gibbs, based in London, spends all his time helping to develop leaders. He focuses on team development, coaches individual leaders, and designs and leads development programs to transform organizations, working with CEOs, C-suite and senior leaders, and boards. He plays a core role in our partnership with Mobius Executive Leadership. His work covers a range of sectors, including natural resources, health, and professional & business services. He is member of our global Developing Leadership and Unlocking Transformations teams.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Toby was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the Organization Practice. He contributed to McKinsey’s thought leadership on performance, transformation, and talent management. Previously, Toby was a Consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in London, and Price Waterhouse in Moscow.
Toby has a BA from Cambridge University, where he studied Modern Languages. When not working, he enjoys spending time by the sea and on the hills with his young family.
