Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Nora served as the Head of Central Planning, SBU Finance and M&A at Metalsa in Monterrey, Mexico with additional responsibilities for risk management and investor relations. She had joined that company as the Head of Strategic Planning & Marketing for Commercial Vehicles. That was preceded by a Director role in the Mexico City office of Alvarez & Marsal. Earlier, Nora was a Senior Manager for Strategic Planning at the Coca-Cola Company in that city. She launched her career as consultant at A.T. Kearney in Mexico City, where she advanced to the role of Manager for Global Professional Development in Arlington, Virginia.
Nora earned a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA (focusing on finance, economics and entrepreneurship) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
